Welding Tips and Tricks

Hi,

Maybe there are those who remember old topics. I'm trying to make a header for my car.

I am planning to make the collector in cnc and now I will make a polyurethane sample.

but I did not know how to act at the pipe junctions. I wonder which would be more durable to slip over or open a weld mouth? It is difficult or even impossible for me to weld internally in slip over design, is this a disadvantage? On the other hand, the slip over design is actually much nicer.

I'm curious about your opinions
