Will using a gas lenses help to conserve your argon on TIG welding ???

Yes, it can.

The even diffusion of a gas lens provides better coverage for the same quantity of gas, or equal coverage on less gas.

The less ambient air movement at your weld, the less gas required. I've welded SS at flows as low as 5 CFH in dead-calm air using a gas lens and a #8 cup.

Another thing to help conserve gas is to soap-bubble test all your connections, including the bottle's valve bonnet, and every part of the flowmeter. They can leak in places one doesn't expect.
