Have a Miller Maxstar 91 power source with a Snap Start II. Between these two bolted together units there is another box that has a rheostat on the front with some kind of counter. On the back, the remote foot pedal connects and there are three holes, one of which has a cut off tube coming out of it. It has no label that I can see. Does anyone know what it might do? I bought this thing at an auction and want to try and get it working. Thanks
