I have a WSE 200P which was fine. Now, as soon as i put it on tig, it goes live- HF on, gas on. Trigger has no effect. Only goes to stanby when turned to MMA, but then wont arc and amp readout 000. Does the same with no leads in. Anyone got any ideas? Help greatly appreciated. Things worse now!! Had handpiece fixed-it had a short, and had 2 relays and mosfets replaced on HF board by a mate with better eyesight than me. Also fixed a loose earth wire. Now it wont work at all!! when turned on can hear a click, fan starts and readout lights up, but after a second everything goes dead apart from main power light. Turn straight back on, only main switch lights. Leave 5mins, goes through process again. Any ideas greatly appreciated.

I doubt this is your problem, but the Miller 250DX I use all the time has settings for "HF continuous" and "ON continuous". It'll also do HF Start with continuous on, for when you can't use a remote, but in those awkward positions, it's a good way to shock the s#!t out of yourself.

I'm not familiar with your machine, so I don't even know if it's possible, but it might be worth cycling through the available settings to see what happens.
