TIG setup for Engine Driven

I have a Lincoln Ranger 305G and I was wondering what the best DC setup im not looking to run a cooler

You can either scratch start with a torch and cable that has a gas valve or you can buy a high frequency unit with Lincoln or miller that gives you more tig like starting. What are you looking to tig?
