Hi Guys,
I guess it's a bit late to ask this as I've already ordered it but what do you guys think of the Miller Diversion 180 for a beginner in Tig? I never really did any welding and have been very interested for a long time. I bought a MM211 a month or two ago and have been burning wire as often as I can. I really enjoy it and everytime I have a breakthrough, it's the best so I figure I'll enjoy learning this as well.
After all the babbling, my question is; do you think this is a good starter machine?
Thanks all

Yep. I think you'll be happy.

You'll be a bit limited in aluminum welding, to, say 1/4", without a helium mix, but that's not beginner TIG stuff, anyway. I suspect that machine will do everything you ask of it for a few years, at least.

Thanks Otto, I can't wait for it to arrive. UPS says next Tuesday. I bought a 125 cf of Argon so I hope that is big enough to last a while.
