Hi, I am new to the forum. I love cars, specifically fords, but I am not looking for any arguments just talking about me. I am a hobby type guy and want to learn Al welding with a TIG machine. I am very close to ordering a SYncrowave 210 Complete is this a decent choice?

Welcome to the forum!
The 210 would have to be an ideal auto shop power source as long as you don't want to go thicker than 1/4" in aluminium. But for auto work you probably wouldn't need to. Its got good reviews and of course its blue, and spool gun capable as well. Awesome!

Wow...what a coinkydink...I am picking up my 210 tommorow. I am a repairman and not a car guy and most of my work is done with a Miller 252 mig welder but I have been tigging with a Miller 200 and I like it, the 210 is supposed to blow it away. If it lives up to the reviews, I will be a happy camper.
