Just wondering if any of you have tried the Tillman 1488 true fit style gloves
we do low amp with a .030 dia rod welding
i find the gloves that work supply suck (cheapest gloves they can find) because they are to heavy to feel the filler rod
Thxs

I haven't used that glove but my Miller TIG gloves are nearly the same and I love them, I can feel my .035" filler and even pick it up when dropped.

Personally I don't wear a glove on my left hand most of the time, especially at such a low amperage.

most of the time i probably could get away without a glove
But the Guy who taught me how to weld would not be happy
it is hard to get away from learned habits
hehe i still weld with an old non auto tint helmet with a gold lens
also some times what i am welding is extremely hot so i don't have a choice
but thanks for all the help

They're pretty nice. Although I usually only wear the left one and have to put a heavier stick or mig glove on my right depending on the weld. Overhead and vertical fillets really reflect the heat.
