i need to extend my HPT foot pedal to 25'
i don't want to have to buy a second pedal.
anyone have any thoughts on how to add to its length?

You can call HTP I believe they can sell you a 25 ft. cord with the proper connector. You will just have to solder it in yourself. If they can't help SSC may be able to help.

ended up talking to James a SSC controls
and he hooked me up with cable @$1.00 per foot.
bingo 25 ' cord $30 bucks with shipping.
some soldering and i saved $100.00. plus
ships in two day

I've also done business with SSC Controls, and I definitely give them a thumbs up for foot pedals and if needing parts to make a switch (where I got both from).

Don't know how you plan on adding the cable.....straight splice or.....just be careful on soldering at the welder connection. If you splice directly into the cable I would use shrink tube on all connections.
