New tig torch set-up

OK, so I picked up an Everlast 200dx this past year to construct some aluminum tanks and other stainless steel equipment for my business. Figured out pretty quick that welding .100 aluminum causes a hot potato jig sort of hand dance real quick.
So I picked up a carbonator pump and motor today at a local restaurant appliance repair business for $85. Going to build a cart with integral tig cooler for the new CK swivel head super flex torch.
I am guessing that the blue line would be water in and the red line water back to the cooler? I also see I will need some LH thread fittings to plumb into the cooler setup.
Just a comment; I did "Y" in some helium and just crack the valve a bit to add the stuff to the argon. Really made a wonderful difference to the weld appearance and ease of welding.
