First time poster, long time lurker here. I'm in the planning stages of body work to a 1983 cj5. I currently have .030 wire in my Hobart Handler 125. If I want to switch to .023 wire for the bodywork (18ga), do I need to reline the torch? or can I just switch out the contact tips?
Thanks,
Onelick

Nevermind. After I hit send, I realized they don't make .023 flux core wire. .030 is the smallest they make in flux core.

I know, but it's the only welder I have. I'm trying to convince myself to spend the money for an ESAB 205i or the Millermatic 220. Spend once, cry once. It'll be the last welder I'll buy. I won't need anything else.
