I have question about Mig penetration.
Which one is right in EU? 8mm steel.

My teacher said that the right one is OK.

0.8 mm or 8mm? If its 8mm it needs a gap, but the middle one shows the best/

Hey

Those photos seem to show light gauge, no thicker than 3mm. On 8mm steel, you should have a gap and a bevel, and penetration should look like a nice consistent (not necessarily pretty) bead. From flat to a little built up but not under the surface of the metal.
