What exactly are you trying to weld with .025 flux-core? I am assuming you are wanting an innershield wire. I have never seen an .025 innershield wire. Lincoln has an .030 NR-211-MP. It comes on a 1lb. plastic spool. part # ED031448

oh yeah hey on a 90amp HF special, i know i know but I would like to hear some discussion by people who do use these units and not boo hoo.
thanks im trying to do floor pans and then that leads to a rollbar, but the .025 was to tack body panels, ive never welded before so face mask down, fire away.
anyways thanks.

ok yeah they do,
so far i have not found .025 fluxwire without looking too hard i have heard that the smaller wire burns hotter? i am new to this obviously so thanks so much.
so no .025 flux core cause its too small and would be too breakable to make, is what i gather, now will larger wire burn less hot equal less burn through?
anyway i wont ask 21 questions so
how about working outside below freezing? anything i should know besides no snow?
