Compressed gas equipment

Is the pressure of nitrogen far greater than helium such that a beginner may find it more difficult to work with?
I noticed that the CGA numbers for helium and nitrogen are the same (580/680/677). Is this correct? Does it mean that I can use the same types of tanks and flowmeter regulators for both of these gases?
Will the following equipment work for both nitrogen and helium?
1. 22 Cu. Ft. Nitrogen Air Tank - High Pressure Aluminum Gas Cylinder
Specs:
high strength aluminum alloy 6061-T6
service pressure is up to 2216 PSI/153 BAR
5-1/8" Diameter
19.5" Height
2216 PSI
153 BAR
CGA-580 Valve
2. AGPtek AGPtEK Argon CO2 Mig Tig Flow meter Regulator
Specs:
CGA580: ARGON/CO2
FLOW: 10-60 SCFH
Material: Brass Body
Preset : 30 P.S.I.
Connection: Female UNF9/16 with 1/4" barbed fitting
Package Include:
1 X Pressure reducer
1 X Hose
2 X Seals
Thanks for your advice!
