Can I use 75/25 mix for Alum, same as I use for steel, or what do I need??? Thanks for your help !!!!

No you can't use any CO2 when welding aluminum. You need to use 100% argon or possibly for thicker aluminum a 50/50 argon-helium mix. Carbon and aluminum do not go well together. :D
