A question already guys. I'm trying to figure out the correlation between the reference numbers on the dial and the actual IPM and voltage. Hooked up to 220V it looks like the highest setting will give me 23.5V. I would assume that would be with the dial on 10, correct? How do I determine the lowest output available when I'm on dial number 1? Also, is it correct to assume each increment on the dial gives me the same voltage rise?

The dial should be (roughly) linear, for an even increase at each increment. The spec page in the manual will likely give you the output range, with the low number of course corresponding to "1". It's possible to verify this with a voltmeter. Just turn off the gas, disengage the drive rollers, put the voltmeter between the tip and ground, and squeeze the trigger. Record the open-circuit voltage for each setting, and you have a handy guide.
