quick question new to welding

what is the diffrance between a miller 180 auto set and a 211 auto set is it just the option to go from 110v to 220v .. i just bought a miller 180 auto set i could not pass up the deal i got ...... just wanted to know the diffrance ... thanks .....and will post my first project and first bead of weld ... thanks ....
