What form of MIG is this? Short Circuit, Globular, spray?

Looks and sounds like short circuit to me.

And his settings, "21 volts and about 280 inches per minute of wire speed using er70s6 .035” wire" sound like it me as well.
Voltage is too low for spray if I recall correctly.

I agree. Sounds and looks like short-arc. Short-arc usually stops around 20 volts or 200 amps give or take.

I'd say it's near the upper range of short circuit - but the arc noise is quite soft - maybe running low to mid range of wire speed for voltage or have a variable inductance machine set low - or maybe it's just how the video camera reacts to the sound ?
