Has anyone used a CST 280 with a WC-115a? It's been a while since I've ran these two together and I cannot get it to weld! I have the jumper on EXT but I can't figure out the heat settings for the life of me!!

I'm using 100% straight argon with 4043 .030 wire. I have never had an issue before and it's very frustrating to me. It's either way to hot or to cold and I've fried 3 tips. I'm going to make sure the jumper wire is on EXT and not INT. I don't know what else it would be. I've only used this combo 1 time before and it was over 3 years ago. I have always used my bobcat 225 with the Wp-115a and never had an issue.

I don't want to post pics of the scrap piece I was using to find heat settings. It's seriously that embarrassing!! Imagine Helen Keller trying to weld! Yea that bad!!!
