Noorda BEC is needing experience ornamental fabricators. Pay is based on experience (16-25 an hour).
We would expect a Shop Manager/ Project manager for $25 an hour that person would need the skills and experience listed below: **For this position we require a reference list of previous employers with phone numbers.
-2 years welding fabrication management experience
-5 years of hood range, and chimney caps, stairs and railings
-Complicated large scale layout and small detailed layout
-Lead and navigate 6 or more employees (Journeyman and laborers)
-Complete multiple projects with in their deadlines with in budget
We also need 1-2 detail orientated welders that can grind and detail welds and that are passionate about quality.
And last we need 1-2 journeyman ornamental welders that have 3 or more years experience starting and completing high quality projects with lots of detail; like counter tops, railing, hood ranges, chimney caps, etc.
