How do we differ from other "job boards"?

First, we're dedicated to jobs in the skilled trades: no wasted time sifting through job posts unrelated to your skill set.

Secondly, we match your skills and experience with jobs (like match.com for skilled trades). You can enter your trade/skills, years of experience, expected pay/per diem, and our system will find jobs that match what you're looking for. The same process, in reverse, occurs for the employer. When you match a job they've posted, you show up on their list as a match. Pretty powerful stuff.
