What welding projects are you working on? Are you proud of something you built?
How about posting some pics so other welders can get some ideas?

I made this last summer after I bought my Miller and plasma cutter. Works great for my needs. Holds two bottles, one Argon, one Mig 75\25. I want to add a drawer for consumables at some point.

Pretty cool. I like the expanded metal idea.

I like the expanded metal idea too. I tried that when I fixed a water bucket ... once.

Expanded metal looks good, but man I hate working with the stuff. Always sharp edges, a pain to weld, rattles, a bugger to paint since you're painting more air than metal, but in the end usually turns out nice.

I've deburred the shear-cut stuff before using the tig welder. Turn the amps up, light an arc across all the sharp edges and viola, they're rounded over!

Does work...
