What welding projects are you working on? Are you proud of something you built?
How about posting some pics so other welders can get some ideas?

I build green houses, but I also make a lot of green house furniture.
Here is a potting table, high sides, and a few tech screws in sight. Sides and back are .8mm galv sheet, base and shelf are 2mm black steel. Whole thing was primed and painted twice, black enamel.
No, I didn't make the baskets or the plastic bin.

Hey, I'm pleased to hear this.

It is not big deal welding, but very interesting fabrication. It gives me a real break from normal trailer repairs, garage work, etc.

I have built whole greenhouses, shade houses, sheds, fences, potting cribs (like the table in the picture), tools, vents, doors, shelving, tools, sprinkler stands, whole systems. I also have a set of strategies for building whole gardens on difficult slopes, and these turn on steel frames and calculated loads. All of it involves steel, welding, and a lot of challenges, and I prime and paint everything.

My single biggest item, and I'm sick of them, actually, is pot trollies, for "large" pot plants that need to be moved -- for cleaning, for seasonal rotation, etc. But I could make these all day, if I wanted to. Big demand. Good return.

I have designed (drawn up) a range of tools for working in yards, (lifting and applying mulch, compost, etc,) and in gardens, and I'm working on bringing these ideas into production. But that is a long term project, slowly, slowly.

All the best with your work in this area.

I also meant to say, have a good look around this forum.

A lot of people have some very high level skills on show, and we can all learn from them.
