Firewood rack (built 3)
Built my truck rack 2 years ago, this has over 600 lbs of steel stacked on it !
This is what the steel was converted into
This is my next project, converting an old utility trailer into a dump trailer !
What welding projects are you working on? Are you proud of something you built?
How about posting some pics so other welders can get some ideas?

Jody,in one of his videos, talked about the Lincoln Excalibur rods and how the slag lifts right off, these are the Lincoln AC7018 and work great,as you can see the slag lifting off !
A little jig i made up for cutting square pipe on my Makita cold cut,its so much easier on the blade and saw coming at it on a 45
I have a couple other ideas, for making an adjustable system for different size square tubing !

Just a couple welders and a couple of big hammers and torches.

Very nice auto rotisserie! For a second there I thought you snuck out to my garage and stole my design I have two in the garage that are nearly identical in main design. For a while I was going to manufacture them, but there is this thing called patenting that got in my way. The owner of Auto Twirler is was not to happy with me trying to make one.

Here's the Morse vid, with the v-blocks, its a very efficient way to cut square tube.

Yes, pricey system tho.
$500 for the saw, and I believe blades are $100-$200.
I'm impressed with my new DeWalt abrasive chop saw.
Cuts like no other, bur free.
I'll get some pics up.
I think there's a pic of a cut in my truck hitch thread.
