What welding projects are you working on? Are you proud of something you built?
How about posting some pics so other welders can get some ideas?

Just a couple welders and a couple of big hammers and torches.

Men in dirty jeans built this country, while men in clean suits have destroyed it.

John,
Is this your latest find? That will be handy to have around. Looks custom made, never seen one built quite like that before.

You want to come up and help me set it up??

My buddy had it, and I did some bartering for it.

Drove up to his place and brought it home.

Has a 3 ton chainfall on a trolly.

It's 14ft high, and 20ft wide.

If you were closer, absolutely!
I will get a picture of the one in my garage, looks similar to this one but a lot smaller. Mine started out 14' tall also and I cut it down to 10' to fit in my garage. I have nothing but time and 8 bolts in mine. It was left by the previous occupant of my very first shop, I like freebies.

Nice, better than my crane! I have a heavy old horseshoe lag bolted to the rafters and I hooked a 2 ton come along to it :D Crude, ugly, but works for me.
It's always best to build your own, especially when it comes to hitches!!!
