What welding projects are you working on? Are you proud of something you built?
How about posting some pics so other welders can get some ideas?

Hey,

Awesome, Bit like some places here in Aus. Cook an egg in the sun.... Any times when the water jet just plain stuffed up? I have visions of very thick material all messed up.

Waterjet usually works great all of the time without any issues. sometimes may need to re-cut a piece but usually the part is still good. Cutting that $2800+ plate was a bit nerve wrecking though!

I bet! Looks like you ended up with about $2700 worth of scrap aluminum left over... :)
Grinding discs... still my #1 consumable!
