I wondered what the two washers were in the first pic, then I saw the second and think I now know, is that for the leveling feet?

I have 4" of slope in my shop. I am still working out the kinks on the screw jack but they seem to be working.

The bends were put on with a home made bender a fellow I work with has. It may not look like much but it works good. when I have some free time I will build a upgraded one. The die has a dimplier to bend the hss.
