What welding projects are you working on? Are you proud of something you built?
How about posting some pics so other welders can get some ideas?

Made from used horse shoes. I gave this to my Mom for her birthday.

No, just a few coats of matte black spray paint.

I am hooked on horse shoe stuff after I made a coat rack to go on wall today. I want to get horse shoes and on the cheap, any suggestions. I also want to make a sweet wine rack like that looks nice. See many project ideas for horse shoes. And so fun to just go crazy with ideas. Anyone have a good source for shoes? A retired farrier up the road sold me 10 but now like a drug, I need more. LOL

Bruce,

I got these on ebay, a 4H club in Wyoming was selling them for $1 each shipped. But they seem to be out of them for now, they don't have any more listed. You can get new ones at Tractor Supply for $2 each.

Very nice! Women love this type of thing. I was making furniture last year when I was slow and I found that the small, impulse buy items went like hotcakes, the big tables and other items, not so much. Nice work. Those will sell. Now you have my wheels turning.

Excellent recycling 80Jeep
Steel or aluminium?
Ally would be harder to weld but much lighter and every race track has a few dozen.
