Thanks Steve, yes, the roller fairlead is gone. We have a hawse to install but I am going to let the owner drill the uprights after he gets the cable replaced to get the positioning right.

No doubt Bob, I had never seen these either until my customer came to me with the idea and a couple of pics.

Now what would Redgreen do to finish it off? Some bungy, duct tape and broom handles placed appropriately and you'll be able to drive that thing from the back, albeit tall, seat.
