What welding projects are you working on? Are you proud of something you built?
How about posting some pics so other welders can get some ideas?

If you know the math then you have to use it. :P
I have more questions than answers

You guys read Autospeed? I'm impressed.
Yep Julian has a LOT of info on inlets, filter box's, turbo's and lying to your ecu.
Generally well researched and easy to read.

At least on boosted setups (SC and/or Turbo) most of those design issues go out the window and 'bigger is better' works a lot longer until it becomes too scary to drive

N/A engines need a lot more care in that respect with in- and exhaust tracts and proper dimensioning/sizing. Exhaust manifold design rules on an N/A are very interesting, but can quickly give you a headache if you mix those with dimension restrictions in a chassis not to mention they can become almost impossible to weld together

Bye, Arno.

Brother runs NisTune so I'm pretty plugged in to tuning, turbos, ECU stuff and dyno work. But how far I take this I don't know...have to fit dyno runs between wife's shop runs. ;)

Photos to come soon.

Just been out throwing it at roundabouts with increasing rapidity, after which I took it along the test loop I usually use for my GSX-R. Very entertaining. Not by any means fast in a straight line but handles like a go kart. Very chuckable.
