What welding projects are you working on? Are you proud of something you built?
How about posting some pics so other welders can get some ideas?

Hi guys!
New to this forum but not new to Jody's videos!
Being a auto mechanic for almost 20 years, welding has been part of my job.... Started from scratch, welding mig on exhaust, and the occasional fabrication.... I shure am not a welder like you guys! but im the kind of guy that wants to have more than one card up my sleeve! ;) I love fabricating, challenges, and starting from nothing! I spent a full year in convincing my boss to buy a tig welder... And finaly it's in!!!! Starting up on it with the classic run of the beads.... Good thing i studied Jody's videos! Diden't want to look like an ass the first time i turned on the welder!!!! Never tig welded but man was it user friendly!!! My first project in hand will be to tig weld the cart i built, mig taked it.... Any Suggestions on settings? 1 inch tubing, 1\16 wall.....
Would like to post a picture but i just dont know how if its on my desktop...

Welcome to the forum. Don't think your under experienced on this forum. There is a lot of people who are in every stage of welding. People who haven't welded for 40 yrs, students, hobbyists, and all the way up to the pros. No matter what the question someone should have an answer.
A student now but really want to weld everyday. Want to learn everything about everything. Want to become a knower of all and master of none.
