I recently purchased a 4x8 CNC plasma cutting table and thought about how to store and easily load sheet metal onto this new piece of equipment. I am a one man show and need to find ways to handle material without getting hurt. After some research, this is what I came up with!

That's a lot of work for a rack and you should be proud of that rack. It looks well built and that it can hold a lot and will last a lifetime. Nice shop too. Clean and organized.

It's just one guy, me, and I do whatever I like to do!
I've been mostly working on my shop and done some small projects for clients.
At the same time I like to customize my bikes. This is were the wheeling machine will come into play.
Woodworking was my career for close to 40 years, and I started working with metal about two years ago, when I got my first welder.
I hope I can turn this into something more then just a hobby!

Dang, that's pretty. Nicely done!

I envy your workshop, too. Open, airy, clean, bright.

It's a 2004 Yamaha Warrior. I'm turning it into a cafe racer.

Here are some pics to show the adjustability in height of my bottle jack stand.

It adjusts from 36" at the lowest up tp 56" at the highest setting. It works like a charm and have used it many times. I should have made two of them in the first place! :)

Never seen stands like that. It's arrest idea for ease of infinite adjustment
