The wall

I got an idea for a wall. At least 20' high and thousands of miles long. Made from American weathering steel by thousands of American welders.
Anyone got design ideas?
Has to resist intrusion.

I reckon two skins of 1" plate separated by enough flat bars so it would be hard to cut sections out. Footings deep enough to discourage tunnelling.

Or a minefield on both sides....1/4 mile wide should do it.

The financial partner may not go for that

Any wall requires defences to remain effective long term. Look at the Great Wall of China there were guards stationed their whole lives in all those towers but that is for others skilled in that facet to work out.
All we can focus on really is the construction to get welding work.

Or a 1/4 mile of Legos. That'll teach them. If you don't know what talking about get your kids Legos and step on one and then imagine a 1/4 mile of that.

I make no judgement call on the extremity of any suggestion, just commented on the likelyhood of the financial partner boning up for the project and its inclusions. After all its all about getting welding jobs - no politics here!

And who's gonna wax the mall floors after a wall goes up? Why I expect the same people doing now but they will be secure in the knowledge that there is no pressure from non-green card holders for their jobs and likely already too low pay rates.
