I made this for a,buddy.old big rig rim and the end cap off a propane tank

Nice cutting job. That should look awesome with some actual flames behind it.
A student now but really want to weld everyday. Want to learn everything about everything. Want to become a knower of all and master of none.

Very nice, that was a really big propane tank...hope no one falls on that!

funny you mention the falling part . i had a few guys on facebook say i should have put a round bar around the top. the reason i cut the flames was whoever cut the cap off the tank cut it off really crooked in some spots it dipped down about 2inchs thats when i figured i could hide the cut by cutting flames out of it.i normally use acyteline but i done this in my front yard and had to use propane to cut it . the flames would have come out better but i only had a #1 tip i'm used to cutting with my .00 tip.

I can see where alcohol and a nice fire might cause someone to face plant on that badboy. I myself have never gotten drunk and fell into a fire...I think :lol:
