Updated my dynasty 280

I wanted more features and control so I turned my machine into a DX model. Works perfectly so farImageImage

Aka you bought a 280dx, or did you do some kind of front-plate retrofit and upgrade a PCB in the regular 280?

Interesting, I didn't know one could do that to the regular 280.

By the look of your pics, you obviously appreciate top notch equipment and are prepared to bone up for it. May I suggest you invest in the Miller wireless peddle next. You'll appreciate the upgrade and never go back to a corded peddle.

+1 on the wireless pedal from Miller. Expensive but works flawlessly. Would not go back to a corded one.

Most people say that, but in reality we will still have a tie back to the machine, and limited to the length of the tig torch. Just sayin'...not that getting rid of a pedal cord won't free on thing up...it just won't free us entirely. :(

Well until a wireless tig torch becomes available...if that was possible Oscar would have already made it! :lol:

I am all for less wires and hoses on the floorvyo work around and less to get damaged, that why I want the wireless pedal
