Rotary welding positioner project

I combined an old 9" Troyke rotary table with some drill press parts and came up with this welding positioner.
It tilts 90 degrees both ways, and swivels side to side. It is variable speed, and foot pedal controlled. Speed ranges can be adjusted by switching timing pulley diameter.
The drawing shows how the grounding issue will be handled. I'm waiting on a few parts to complete that.
