Hi all,

My knowledge about welding is zero. I am trying to find a way to stick some brass beads onto a brass pipe (basically some kind of art work).
Can somebody please help me in what is the best way to fuse small beads on to a metal surface.

these are beads I am talking about... http://www.ebay.com/itm/5PCS-Brass-Dolp ... 3f1f92967d
Metal pipe... http://www.ebay.com/itm/Danco-88914-Bra ... 1c2cd8c853

Thanks
Suresh.

Hey,
A small oxygen acetylene out fit with a solder rod would be a good place to start. The problem would be getting a colour of the solder. So brazing/ bronzing may be the way

Good luck. Mick

Hey,

My pleasure,
I hope i havent confused you. If you know anyone who works on model railways or similar they may be able to help you with the very fine detail required, And if you dont know anyone, google your local model club.
Mick
