I usually buy the magazine at Barnes & Noble in the U.S. I think I've seen it for sale at Chapters/ Indigo in Canada, but I can't say for sure. I don't know if it's available outside North America.
I've done some of the projects in this magazine before. The articles are well written and very explanatory as to the process the author went through, what materials worked best for him/her, etc.
