Some of my Tig projects

Since I kind of got a little control on the Tig welding I put it to use last year.

I needed new rear upper and lower control arms on the Jeep I had at the time so instead of buying them I made them. The Jeep is sold now but the arms are still on the road!

Here are the arms I built using 3/16" steel box and 1" square tubing and bushing ends I purchased from Iron Rock Off Road.

Sweet!

Ain't it nice when your skills save you a ton of money AND are fun to use?

What did you use for bushing at the end of your links?
