FIXING BROKEN TURBO

So hi agen started to come here everyday :D My wife doesent (whats is called, prissiaid) my works so much. But i was very happy whit this how it come together. I machined new ends of the turbo thoos whit O-Ring (old ones was worn down by movements and shaiking for years) place that where it was tenssone to tighten up. As you all see it was cast aluminium whit lots of cleaning :) I weld them whit MY Everlast 250 ex and darm its a good machine on a aluminium (at least my is) Enjoy :D I did ITS from truck called SISU (turbo is Holset)

Nice repair especially given the amount of contaminants that will have soaked into the material - looks very well done & no doubt saved plenty on an exchange unit - starting to see quite a few Everlast machines - glad you like it - shame they don't seem to have reached the UK yet.

Very nice work. Especially considering how much crud cast aluminum can collect.
