Welding Tips and Tricks

I have seen Jody use a small "tower" from Strong Hand Tools to align an all-thread vertically. I can't seem to find that gizmo at Strong Hand's website. Does anyone have a suggestion for a simple clamp-able vertical positioner that I can either make or buy? Or can you give me the part number for Strong Hand's tool? Thanks
