Like many here, I have used aluminum cutting blades on a right-angle grinder. Very dicey, but with massive concentration on what you're doing and where you're going, they are fast. This is what I use, they come with bushings to fit different arbors. You can't beat $14 bucks for what it does. I no longer have the picture where it kicked back and tore through my glove, and into my hand from "taking my eye off the ball". I use a rubber o-ring to #1 keep the screw from coming out #2 take up the extra hole size of the blade. I also use Porta Cable lube wax to keep them from loading up.https://www.amazon.com/Porter-Cable-514 ... 101&sr=8-1
Not sure if your interested but you may want to give the oshlun brand a try.
Little bit more $$ but they cut amazing and hold up well. I find the more teeth the less grabby and smoother surface finish.
Just found that 4 1/2 when I was looking for my usual 5 3/8.
Arbor size on the 5 3/8 doesn't fit a standard north American grinder washer so I had a friend with a lathe spin me up a nice fitting washer nut. Used to run it with no locating hub on the washer and it just made me too anxious for my liking whether the blade was truly centered or not.

Price tag to me is $1424 +tax (Canadian) + $156 +tax for the recommended torque limiting screwdriver. 4 neuton meters if my memory serves me correctly.

They did a cost analysis for a large shipbuilding firm in the US and they said a task that took 8-10 minutes with conventional abrasives can be done in 39 seconds with the Alumaster.
That particular company put an order in for $400k worth after that one simple test the salesman told me.

100% it will be. I'm lucky to be one of the fortunate few where the company purchases 100% of what I say I need to do my job, as long as I can convince it's necessary.
Sometimes though I just find I have to buy it and then show what it can do and the purchase price is always forgiven rather quickly.
