I have a Everlast 275S that I just picked up serrated driver rollers for. I have been interested in trying dual shield for its performance on thicker stuff.

I will be using it for mild farm and home fab. I am hoping this process can really be counted on for thicker stuff.

Looking at how much this stuff is I would rather not waste my money. I want to do it right the first time.

What do you suggest? I was thinking of .035" but can just as easily run .045" I would need it to work with 75/25 blend std mig shielding gas.

Thanks

I've only used a few, but Select-Arc 727 was by far the best.

Great bead appearance, super use ability, and a humongous sweet spot for going from flat to vert to overhead and changing wfs without having to change voltage.

It's fine on thicker stuff. Bumper bars on barges, bollards, etc.
