When setting up to tig in a tight/small space recently I was having difficulty seeing where to position my torch and filler rod with the helmet down. I searched and found a small very high lumen led light. Placed a velcro strip under and around it to secure it to my helmet and voila, problem solved! Another $20 well spent.

Good idea. Never tried the headlite trick. Because I just use mild steel I use a little swiveling led with a magnetic base that I can usually make work. :D
