Hi there,
Just a note to say hello to everyone. A little about me I guess,

Been welding fore close to 20 years now
I own a small welding company in the Yukon Territory.
Specialize in custom fab work
Stainless and carbon pipe fab
Portable line boring

Equipment:
Lincoln Ranger 305g on the truck
Lincoln LN-25 feeder paired with it
Vmac 35 compressor.
Scratch start TIG rig
York Portable Machine Tools line bore
York Portable Machine Tools bore welder
Lincoln PrecisionTIG 225
Lincoln Squarewave 200
Miller Diversion 165
Standard Modern 14x40 engine lathe

In the winter time I do a lot of aluminum work- fuel B trains and boats mostly. A good portion ofnthe summer is spent in Dawson City servicing the gold miners there with portable machining. I'm looking forward to being a part of this community. Cheers,

Z

Welcome! That sounds like a pretty balanced setup. Do you think your at a point where you’ve got most of the equipment you need? And how long did it take you to get to that point. I only ask because it’s a common question from people who are just starting out about what equipment to buy.
I have more questions than answers
