In this video, it’s producing a lot of spatter. I thought it could have been reduced by increasing the voltage and wire speed. Also, I observed a lot of porosity due to short stickout length. What do you say about this? I am eagerly excepting to hear from you..
Thanks a lot for sparing your time!

First video is MIG. The gas is connected, which is why it is positioned so close to the machine. Fronius also makes TIG machines, and their MIG boxes will also run Flux Core wires. MIG can be performed inside a well ventilated area and outside if there is not too much wind.
Second video is Flux Core, well, because the title says so to start. He's an absolute beginner, using a piece of "nearly junk" welding machine. Spatter is easily attributed to many factors, CTWD, voltage/wire speed, polarity, angle, quality of box, cleanliness of material.

2nd video, hes using a garbage welder and getting garbage results.
he can't increase volts because it only has two volt settings.
something like that could be easily fixed with a stick welder and it would be a whole lot better.
you don't need a fronius to make good welds, but you need a tool that actually works properly.

tweak it until it breaks
