Anyone running Dual Shield wire in 0.035" size in their Hobart IronMan 230, and are able to share the setting's their running. I picked up a spool of ESAB 7100 ultra and wondering where is a good starting point for these tapped machines.
I almost forgot you don't have a WFS or Voltage readout. You've got plenty of juice for the job, When I need nerdy and try to dial my wire in directly according to data sheets, I hook multimeter up to the terminals on the welder and monitor welding voltage, SInce your wire speed goes from 0-100 and you know your maximum feed rate is 700 IPM, you can just use crude math to figure out the rest. 60% out of 10 on a machine that maxes at 700IPM puts you in the ball bark as to where your wire speed is at. If you know your welding voltage, you can select your suggest wire speed feed from there based on the chart. And then tweak and adjust as you please from there.
