My Millermatic 140 sometimes doesn't feed the wire when I press the trigger. It's not that the spool's too tight, it just doesn't work. It's like there's a bad connection. Is there anyway to dis-assemble it to fix it? Should I just buy a new one? Has anyone had this problem with one of these?

I've got a foot switch I can hook up to the little DIN connector on the front to see if it's the trigger.

I spliced into the DIN connector on the front panel and wired a foot switch to it, so it works for now.
