I just finished a 6 week beginner tig class last week and I am in love with tig welding. I miss the machine already. I'm gonna bite the bullet and buy some gear but as a newb I lack the experience to fully know what I need and what is a waste of money. So I figure, why reinvent the wheel, just ask people who know:

1. I'm going to get a Miller Dynasty 200. I work in a non-profit community bike shop. We're going to be welding mainly thin cro-moly and aluminum tubing. Is the increased control of the DX worth $275 more than the SD?

2. I'm going to get a CK flex loc 130amp gas cooled torch. It comes in a one piece hose or a two piece (gas and electricity). I'm guessing that the one piece is one hose with gas and electric inside and that the two piece is two separate hoses (gas and electric) joined together every so often. Is this guess right, which one should I get and why?

3. Flow meter recommendations?

Thank you in advance for setting me up on the right path with the right equipment.
