I am looking at getting an Oxy-propane set up. I like victor but don't like the way their new regulators look (cheap and plastic). Any tips/pointers?

A.O. Smith still sells the good, solid-feeling brass and steel regulators. Victor's plastic ones are better than they look, though, and are less likely to be damaged if dropped during a bottle-swap.
Radnor makes a good torch, and their newer ones are so similar to Victor, their heads, bodies, and tips are interchangeable.
